DEAR SIRS,
KINDLY ADVICE WHETHER 30 P.L. WHICH IS BEING GIVEN TO STAFF CAN BE STOPPED I.E. ELIMINATED ? / WITHDRAW . AS PER FACTORY Act MINIMUM 1 DAY FOR 20 DAYS IS MANDATORY.30 DAYS CAN BE REDUCED TO AS PER ACT.
AS FAR CL IS CONCERNED THERE IS NO CLEAR CUT MENTIONED HOW MANY CL IS ALLOWED IN THE STANDING ORDERS .
WE NEED SPECIFIC ANSWER.

You can't provide benefits inferior to as provided for in Factory Act.

The CL is very well stated in Model Standing Orders; Sec: 10.Casual leave.;

Dear Sirs

kindly advice as per shops & establishment how many cl/pl & sl is given.
if there is an agreement with internal union of the workmen & they are being given 06 days CL though Staff are paid 10 days CL.we can finish / stop CL to staff.
kindly advice urgently.

Look into (Name of your state) Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, and provision of leave stated in it.

You have settlements in place as per negotiated bilateral settlement.

You can not provide inferior benefits and can not end anything unilaterally.

Negotiate with employees/union.
