Leave policy

(Querist) 07 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
I am working in a private firm for last 2 months, but till date no appointment letter has been handed over. I had taken 2 leaves in these 2 months, and now a policy has been circulated saying that any leave will be caused for salary deduction and sunday will not be treated as holiday the person has not worked 5 days in a week. please suggest if this comes under any leave policy of LLP company

whyyou want to work for such a compnay that does not issue appointment letter ?look for alternative job issue 1 months notice and leave the organisation

You can write the company to issue an appointment letter with appropriate terms of appointment. If you don't want to take up the matter in writing or there is no response to your representation, the advice of Shri Ajay Sethi would suit you the best.
