is there any circular mentioning that no medical certificate is necessary for 1 day medical leave?

for which leave either Earned or Casual? for a casual leave on medical grounds, the MC is not necessary.

Normally For ONE DAY SICK LEAVE PRODUCTION OF MEDICAL CERTIFICATE IS NOT NECESSARY.as per service rules of Government. If it's a Private sector rules are different.
