dear sir,
in leave to defend,respondent had said that a shop adjacent to tenanted premises is lying vacant.
But it is not true.In the application for eviction petition under secton 14(1)(e)drc act 1958 itself i mentioned that ,the said shop is with other tenant namely mr Ajay ,but in reply to leave to defend ,by mistake i wrote the name of respondent i.e
mr Vijay instead of the other tenant mr Ajay.
How to rectify this error.
please help,i need to know about the procedure to rectify this error.
