if the work assigned to you was completed and you service is no more required then company will not take any action but if they want harass mentally then they will take action

Thanks for your information. No they just want to recover some amount of money that is 8 thousand, but they have also hold my salary for one month.
I have taken a traveling advance of 10K which also i have spent on particular training.
Due to absent for more than 5 days they also send a contract termination later to my home, for which i remain silent,
Now after 1 year they are sending emails only to recover the amount.
Should I pay it to them and close everything.
Or else should not pay,

It is always good to settle the accounts as per rules honestly. If you have taken some amount in advance, you should pay it may it be without interest.
