LEFAL PROCEDURE OF CHANGING PARENTS NAME ON BIRTH CERTIFICAT

We had adopted a child from a relative at the time of his birth and we had adopted him with the mutual consent but no legal deed was executed at that time and since then child is living with us and he is 2 year old. But now we want to change his biological parents names to oour names on the birth certificate.
PLEASE tell me the exact and easy method for this ?

If the child is below 15 years of age you should complete all legal formalities through a local lawyer, otherwise, the child retained identity of his/her natural parents.
However, name of parents cannot be changed in his/her (child's) birth certificate even after proper adoption.
