legal Documents in absence of marriage certificate

Dear Experts,please advise what document will be required to produce as prove of marriage when there is no marriage certificate to produce on urgent requirement.

the question is for what particular purpose u need it?

Marriage Card, Marriage Photographs and Video (if any) are good proofs but for certian purposes u need to show the certificate.

u ll be governed by the rules applicable for the purpose concerned.

a photo which proves the marriage accroding to the rits and rituals of the custom of the spouses is enough to prove. however the marriage invitaion card is supplemnetary.

You may give a joint affidavit regarding the marriage. It may solve your problem.
But you didn't explain for what particular purpose u need it because some departments strictly call for marriage certificate.

It is required for the work visa permit allowing to go with spouse. Will the joint affidavit be sufficient for the purpose ? or will it depend upon the concerned authority.

1.you may go to arya samaz tample & do marrige , get cartificate of that

2.You may give a joint affidavit regarding the marriage
3. your ration card , any other proof as pan card of wife , electricity bill ,
4. photo which proves the marriage accroding to the rits and rituals of the custom of the spouses is enough to prove.

Voter's I D card if the name and husband's name is mentioned is also a proof.
