Legal heir certificate doubt

SIR,
My relative, Hindu family having agricultural land inherited at Tamilnadu.Their family consists Father A,Sons B and C.They partitioned at 1998, through registered document by paying a sum to A from their family accumulation for jeevanamsam (sum for family maintenance), property between B&C and written clearly there should not be any claim in other's property.
Father A died about 9 years back leaving his widower wife A1.
Now the son B died,leaving his widower wife B1,daughter B2,son B3.For getting heir certificate from Revenue authorities, is need to include A1 or need not?.If included there is some disadvantage for B family and some advantage for C family.
Kindly answer my query urgently.Expect Revenue knowledge persons view also.

If the son B died then his mother, his widow, his daughter and his son is the legal heir for him .

Sons have share in the self acquired property of their father. If any son expires before father, his family has claim on his share.
In the present case, all documents including registered partition deed and documents of other property need to be referred, consult local lawyer.

there is a system in hindu family law. i.e., class I legal heirs, class II legal heirs.,
there is no I st class legal heirs mean then only chances to II nd class legal heirs.
now your given problem there is 4 legal heirs (1st class) mother+widow wife+ son+ daughter.
so no need to add the deceased's brother family.
