Dear sir. Can you please advise us is my daughter who is married will be legal heir of my pagadhi property as our land lord says that she cannot be legal heir after marriage. Kindly guide us.

In Hindus, Daughter is legal heir of father's self acquired property, no matter married.

Pagdi system tenancy is not ownership, tenant is always tenant.
