Sir ,when first wife with two children and first wife dead.Then remarried second wife without children, whether the second wife is legal heir after husband dead???

Yes the second wife is legal heir of the deceased husband along with the children through first wife.

1. IF "Legally" married to Second women BUT ONLY AFTER demise of First Wife, THEN all the children of First Wife and the Second Wife, are equal Legal Heirs /beneficiaries in all the properties of the Deceased.

2. IF legally NOT married, THEN Second Wife is NOT legal heir and the property of deceased will go only to the Childrens.

Yes, the 2nd wife after the death of his 1st wife is legal heir and has a right to claim interest over deceased property without any hindrances.
