I m planning to buy a property of 3 acres from second owner . First owner inherited this property, he has 4 sons . the second owner from whon i m buying took signature on sale deed from 3 sons but left out the 4rth one as he was a minor at that time .

now that i m buying the property from the second owner , we i have a any issues at a later point of time ... can the 4rth son claim his right now .

If at the time of sale by first owner, permission of court was not taken to sell share of the minor son then the sale in respect of is share is voidable at his option.
I would not advise the purchase unless the minor has become major now and gives his consent.
