"Can it be objected by customer that I have bought LCD from Philips and LCD panel is used by LG?"
It is true, in trade the components are acquired from other companies. According to me there is no legal bar for such inter-se contracts. As regards your query Philips used LCD panel of LG is hypothetical. No company will assemble the product with the name of other company explicitely exhibited. The consumer will not know where from the supplier acquired the components. If you have specific case, give full details.

Hypothetical query in the absence of discussion about the real problem!

In nutshell, all manufacturers, distributors and traders in such products needing measurement or weighment prescribed in the act, fall within the scope of the legal metrology act.
