(Querist) 20 December 2009 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
Let me know whether a legal notice can be served without the help of a lawyer?
can one fight his case in a court his own ?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 20 December 2009
The law never mandates the service of notice through lawyer only though people do so because of the expertise of the lawyers.

A notice can be served by a party himself. A party can appear in court to contest his as party-in-person

I think the question is about sending legal Notice not serving legal Notice. Both are different meaning.

Private Notice can be given

One can fight his own case in the court.
