Hello sirs, I have received a subject notice from MTS service provider for non payment of outstanding bill.But the bill has not generated properly l.I have taken the connection from October 2015, but from the very beginning the said connection was very poor although they have assure me that the connection should be super fast before I was taken the connection. I was talk to the customer care of MTS several time but nothing is happen. I had paid all the previous bills within the due date except the above said outstanding bill for the month of January 2016. I was not expect the bill to come because I was told MTS customer care service to deactivated the connection after paying the bill for the month of December 2015.but they were deactivate the account after 10-15 days later. So I have not paid the extra bill.Now they have raised the notice.Under this circumstances what should I do.Please let me know if anybody has any solution on this matter.

If you are aggrieved by the legal notice you may vent out your grievance and issue a strong reply notice denying their allegations and demand
