Hi! All

I stay in Ramavaram, Chennai. Recently I Booked a flat in MARG Swarnabhoomi. I have a sample 'Lease DEED agreement document' and a sample would be 'Lease registered document'. I want to have legal opinion about that document to know the intercacies present in that. If anyone stay near by my area I will come and meet in person, with the document. Please let me know the details.

You saying it is booking of Flat and as per the document , it is a lease

Yes, it is new flat built in SEZ, as per SEZ it will be on lease for 99 years.
