we got married recently and secretly in a registered temple. but due to some unavoidable reasons my wife had to go her home town without getting our marriage registered in local municipal office. now its not possible for her to come back for next few months. but she can come to Delhi. so can we get our marriage registered in Delhi? we got married in Akola, Maharashtra in june'2013. if yes then how to and to whom we should contact.

yes sir we have all the proofs. we got married in a registered temple. we have everything. whether its an affidavit, pics of marriage, sign of 7 people present in marriage. i did everything lawfully consulting a lawyer. but at last moment on the date we were called by municipal commissioner to get our marriage registered in local municipal office he went on holiday. next day my wife left for her home as she came here with some excuse.

As just married in last week, Get married again at Delhi!!!! With complete ceremony with ur lawyer!!& get certificate from Delhi in consultation with Delhi Lawyer

Marriage can be registered after some time in Akola also by payment of late fees. If only the presence before Municipal Commissioner was left take another date and get the formality completed there,
In Delhi there are no. of good family lawyers. You can have the services of any one of them.
