Liability for injury in public park

I got hurt badly when I was walking in a dda park in my colony. Some children were playing football and it hit me hard and I fell down and injured myself. Who is liable for this injury and can I take any legal action?

Some children are playing football but can you identify the child who hit the ball? No one is liable. Or all the children who were playing at that time are responsible. So you may go for an amicable settlement with the parents of the children who were playing football at that time.

Sort out the problem amicably as the ball has hit you accidentally but not intentionally.

Thanks for your replies... I should have explained better. The playing of heavy games like football and cricket in this park is a nuisance as lot of people have been injured earlier as well. Yes I can identify the child who hit me, argued and is unapologetic till date. Like you, he also said it happened unintentionally and I should have dodged better. I would like to pursue a legal action if anything is possible so that this matter is taken seriously by the children and the RWA and separate parks are allocated for playing these games which can cause injury. Pl give some suggestions I will also be happy to avail your services

When the children are playing they involve in the games and accidentally some people may get injured. It is common everywhere. So request the RWA/RERA authorities to construct parks especially for playing cricket football or other games.
