have lic agent code. But now i am joining Govt Employee as a school teacher. Can i continue of my lic business??

Unless your service rules permit normally a Government employee can't take up government teachers job while simultaneously carrying on LIC agent job.

Not allowed.

In govt service you are not allowed even to :-

(i) retain the agency.

(ii) receive any commission on old cases without permission of the department.

I heard, now a days that if a person works as a agent and then he become a teacher, he continue the both because the both jobs are social works.

Ask departmental permission, if designated authority they permit in writing may continue.
