I want to work as the real estate broker in Pune,Maharashtra.Do I need to procure govt licence? If yes then Where and How to procure? Can it be obtained online ? Also , What are the terms and conditions and fee

I do not think you need any licence to be a real estate broker. You have to account for the income received in your business and to pay the appropriate tax, if any. That is all to it.

It is good to register your concern under Commercial Shops and Establishment Act and this can be done online without any fee as the same shall somehow legalize your establishment.
