Hello friends,
Please guide me with regard to following case:
I have purchased approx.4 acre of land during 2000 in Haryana. The seller of the land registered land in our’s name as per revenue law of the government. Then after we approached patwari to enter our’s name in revenue record. He entered our name in revenue record. As per Jamabandi, our name is in cultivator column and in the column of owner there is a society (for approx. 5000 acres of land). On enquiry, we came to know that the said society was established at the time of partition of India and at present there is no existence of the said society. So, they assured that there is no need to worry.
Presently, I have taken loan from a bank & the name of the bank is also depicting in the revenue record. Now, the bank is objecting that you are not owner of the land and this land can not be fit for mortgage, however, I produced registry of the land to the bank and assured them that this is a genioun case and they not need to worry. The bank is not accepting my contention.
Please help me in this situation and tell me the exact status of my title over the land where there is presently no existence of the any society (i.e. owner) & where the governments on compulsory acquisition payments is giving to the cultivators in virtue of there sales deed and present status.
Also tell me whether on the request of a cultivator (not owner of the land) can revenue authorities make lien on the property, if yes what are the conditions for making lien.

Can you tell me where in Haryana such agricultural land is situated and which society has been shown in the column of the owners?
In some places where Chakbandi (consolidation) has not taken place in Haryana, the names of original owners are still depicting in the column of ownership and in the column of cultivator, the sales frequently take place and sellers are shown as Mushtriyan and buyers as Bayan. If this is the same position in your case then banker can be got easily understood by the lawyer of bank who has to prepare search report.

Sir,
First of all I want to thank you for replying on my query.
The land is situated at the area of Hansi & the name of society is Garden Society. As per my information the Chakbandi of the land has already taken place, however, the name of the society is still showing under the column of owner.
Please tell me is there any way by which our’s name can be placed in owners column. As per our information there is presently no existence of the society.
