Life is in danger

hi this is amit from bombay. I had filed writ of mandamus under article 226 of constitution of india criminal writ petition before division bench which is going to be heard soon. so can the high court order for an immediate FIR to be registered . I mean to say can the high court has the power if it thinks that my life is in danger and can the high court pass an order to register an FIR against the Accused.
