What is limitation period for appeal after the passing of judgement on divorce nad 498a.

and in 498a (please specify that it is a matter of coviction or aquittal?

false 498a was filed by wife to harrass husband but before comming to the argument stage the case was taken on board and the matter was settled between both the parties.no one is punished on this.
