sir i am a common man i just want to know some law abt leave and relation coz i am in live and relation i want to convert it in marrage but my partner is not ready for the same and she threatend me to file case against me if i will not be in live and relation with her could u pl help me

i also told her that i will be with you as friend only and will full fill responsibilities but she is not ready for that also at earlier we had break up 2 time now its 3rd time.she told me will make my life hell coz i used her physically and she will not leave me like this and she will teach me lesson

Live in relations are tolerated by society and law that does not mean that such activity is welcome also.
If a man swallows sparking coal then he cannot blame others for burning of mouth and stomach and not being able to eat any food.
You cannot compel marriage on her. BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT THE SAME. She can very well allege that :-
(i) you entered in relation by seeking her consent based on misrepresentation and on discovery of misrepresentation she does not want to marry.
(ii) on any night she can call police and you go to jail for attempt of rape.
(iii) she can allege that after leaving her fit for none else, you now want huge dowry and she cannot marry you

Thanks to all for nice suggetions.
but still in tense as she told me many things
that she want hubby who has his own house
and should have good earning i am just earning 15k to 20k. i am from sc cast and she dont want to come in sc cast she is from khatri cast.she told me that she do not want to change her surname and lifestyle .at present she is living in good standerd she want me to give her that type of standerd and life style.she has car but she do not earn at present.she has fix deposite arround 15L.and she just living on intrest and some time if expense increases.she broke her Fix Deposit.because she want to live in rich only. thats the reason she do not want to marry me.and she told me if i will not be in live relation as the way she want then she will make my and my familiese life hell.she will drag me to court and put case of raped that i have used her for physical relation only. now tell me dear all, what should i do?shall get jailed if she put case on me if yes then how many years i will get jailed please give suggetions.thanks

she is already a divorcee and she has a kid.
before the marriadge she was involved in love with a brahmin a guy for 5years after disputing they broke up then got married with a guy who was from shetty after a year leter they divorced each other.and then came in her life but my intention was not love her.i just want to impprove my english thats the reason i have made her my friend.we met in chatting only.but when one day we indulg in physical relation and she demand me to get marriadge that time i was feeling very gulty and then i told her i will marry.
after that she told me to improve myself and i have tried but didn't improve myself as she want after that also i have broke with her 2 times and this is 3rd time but still want sacrifies with my parants want to live with just to give her justice and coz of society should not tell her anything.she is all alone she raised with her grand parants and they all are passed away in last year coz they all very aged. i am just thinking as human but some where i feel that she want to use me only being in live and relation and i do not want to spend my life like this even i have rights to live as i want. so ppl please tell where i am wrong just being in physical relation,shall i pay my whole life to take care her responsibility only.evan my parants also very nice they all live in very few earnig they all are happy.they still doesen't knw.anything abt this all problems.i am very tired do not understand what to do. please suggest me dear all

just one more thing i have all her statement in my yahoo account it is recorded. can i show these all to police as proof.
she talked me many things while chatting there she abused me and all cast related,her needs related statements are there.if i ignored her completely by changing all my contacts can she troubled me after that also i mean can she file case of rape, cheating and fraud etc..

refusal of marriage outside cast is not per-se a cast humiliation. Moreover the lady who had live i8n with you cannot be charged with untouchability.
Be sure that law cannot compel a person to marry a particular person. One can refuse marriage even inside vedi before completion of ceremonies.
God is giving you chance to walk out so avail it and lead a dignified life which you deserve.
