Live in contract divorce is pending

Sir,
I was got the divorce in July 18, and My Friend have already filled HMA13 for divorce.
she want to live with me even her divorce case is pending.
if we staying in one house is there any problem from her husband or what (legally).
If I have divorce decree then is my past wife is eligible to submit any case against me?

please help me

Assumption and presumption may land you in trouble.Just wait to get divorce to your friend.
