Live in without divorced

I am separated with my husband from last two years, and I have also filed divorced petition . But it was rejected and I didn't get decree.
If I am asking for mutual divorced from my husband he is asking for money.
I don't have any child and I am doing job not required any maintenance.
Now the situation I found a guy who suitable for me to re-marry. Because of failed petition i am not able to marry him. I don't want to go for the higher court now because the process is time consuming and costly.
Any other way? using that I can live in with other person without divorced?

Mutual Consent Divorce is the Best remedy and If your husband is demanding money for it Deal him with the advises of Local Good Advocate Specialized in Family Matters who would handle him correctly.Demanding Dowry Not Only for Marriage Even for Divorce would be an Offence.Let your Advocate handle it in such a way to teach him a Lesson.

MCD The T&C are to be settled by both of you amongst you by being reasonable to each other.

End your differences amicably as much as possible.

You are still his wife and he is still your husband.

Avoid relations outside marriage till you get divorce.

If you have lie-in without divorce, you are exposing that man to be imprisoned upto 5 years on complaint of your husband any time.

No one knows what exactly has transpired between both parties.

One Perspective: Settle amicably between you being reasonable to each other. The def. & extent of reasonableness is between both parties.

Other Perspective: Engage your own lawyers and let them advise you and probably strike a settlement for you.

Another Perspective: Litigate till court decide for all parties on all matters and disputes.

If you start staying with the other man without divorce from your husband, then your boyfriend may go behind the bars if your husband wishes to.
Divorce is the only option, if he is not ready for MCD then collect strong and justified grounds and go for petition. Get a good lawyer to help you.
