But I want to practice in Maharashtra.

Complete LLB, apply to Bar Council Maharashtra for membership.

You can apply for enrollment, provided the course in Arunachal Pradesh is recognised by the bar Council of India and also that you fulfill other conditions.

I am from Maharashtra but I took admission in Himalayan university.
It is accredited by BCI.
What is procedure to get license to practice in Maharashtra?

Visit Bar Council of Bombay site or seek advise from a local (Maharashtra) lawyer.

By the way (for my personal knowledge) why did you opt for admission in LL.B. and that too in Arunanchal Pardesh when there is no dearth of availability of the course in various Universities located and functioning in Maharashtra? However, I do not want any explanation, it is your personal decision, you may ignore it.
