Sir I have taken admission in LLB programme of 2009-12 course in a college affilated by sagar university.
according to schedule in may 2012 there should be my 6th semester..but dont know why only 3 semester is completed even result of third semester is pending...
people are gosspinig that there is university and college dispute thats why exams are not conducting...
I am really in tension as its my question of career what should I do...
Can I take any legal action against college...
please do suggest me..

File a writ petition in high court against the college.

You can send a notice to the college as well as university seeking clarification and rectification of mistakes.
If that does not work out, then avail the professional services of a lawyer and file a writ petition in the high court.
You have another option of approaching the consumer forum as you fall under the definition of consumer, since you have paid to get services from university and college. So they can be booked for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
