Dear all , 1. Can the stamp duty be paid after execution of the loan agreement ? If yes how ? If no why ? 2. Can the loan agreement be executed after disbursement of loan? Please guide me

Hello forum, I am sorry for that brief question.
I am a banker. Sanctioned a car loan on 22 Oct . documents executed and loan disbursed. In hurry forgot to stamp the documents. Can I stamp the documents now by paying stamp in the form of buying a E stamp paper and getting it signed by the customer or by the getting the document franked.
Or can I make a fresh set of documents and get it stamped but the loan is already disbursed.
Please advise. Thank you.

The best way is to call the borrower, get executed a fresh set of documents and get it duly stamped. In the documents, it can be very well indicated that the loan was disbursed earlier on ..... but the documents were not stamped. Now therefore, the documents are being executed afresh duly stamped.
The other options stated by you are having legal problems and therefore not advised.

Fresh set of documents be executed by the borrower, as advised by expert Mr. Anirudh, I agree.
Being a banker you have a penal of lawyers, consult the head of legal department.
