Loan based on false and fabricated documents!

Kindly let me know that what can be done legally against a bank if the original property documents are with us but bank is claiming that we have taken a loan from them by depositing the property documents in 2008. well we took a loan from a co-op bank ain 1999 and repaid the total amount in sept 2009 . the property deeds were with the said bank they returned us the N.O.C and documents after payment of their dues . Other bank claims that they have given us loan in 2008 by deposit of title deed. they even proceeded under Securitization act without any intimation to us. they have recently made a paper publication for sale of our property through auction. Kindly sugest us what action can be taken against bank and how to stop the action process legally.

issue legal notice to bank that loan has been repaid . original papers retruned and NOc given . enclose copies of said documents .

as fr as other case is concerned wherein auctio notice has been issued you have to move DRT against said bank seeking stay of auction
