loan not shown is illegal

(Querist) 12 July 2016 This query is : Resolved
My uncle has taken loan from bank on his agricultural land which he inherited from his father. Amount is 16lacs. He has taken loan in Dec 2014, but later in Feb 2015 he died. Patwari transferred his land to his wife and sons in equal share. But he doesn't not transferred loan to his wife and sons. In new jamabandi he still shows my name of uncle which is died now. Is it illegal that patwari has not shown loan in jambandi as wife and sons are liable to sold this land share without paying bank loan . What action we can take legally. Tell me pls

Whether your uncle mortgaged his share in the agriculture land with the Bank while taking the loan?

If not, mutation regarding mortgage need not be entered / the loan need not be shown in jamabandi.

However, loan is between Bank and the heirs of the deceased borrower, how are you concerned.
