Dear guest

i know limitation for filing summary suits is 3 years. i run a business and my client is not gvng money.. i am emailing him but he is saying i dont owe you any thing..he is not acknowledging debt.

can i file recovery case?
is ackmowledging debt imp? please guide?

alos in one of my cases 3 years have ben pasesd..2 months over now,,can igo for recovery suit?

please begging for help..guide me guest..

do you have email letter, then you can calculate the that date onwards.

Dear Querist
you should send a legal demand notice through advocate again and if they refused to pay then you can file the case and the new limitation period will be start from that day.

nadeem ji i sent them notice but no response..i sentnotice to him in january.
and nadeem out of 2 months only 1 month is left..now he has not filed reply limitation started? will run fr 3 years?

please consult a local lawyer with all documents in your possession . it is necessary to go through papers to advice . if 3 years have elapsed summary suit would be barred by limitation unless there i acknowledgement of liability
