Apply for Copy of it from Concerned Registrar Office and File a Police Complaint of Missing/Lost and obtain FIR.Also an News Paper advt to be made with the help of Advocate. After that the Complaint to be filed in Concerned Court and Court would verify with Registrar and Check the EC and other details. After Confirmation Court would Endorse the Copy of Document with Court Seal and from then it would be treated as Original.Take the help of your Local Good Advocate.

It is only a partition deed, so you may not have a big problem.
If you have xerox of the partition deed, you mail to me srivijayan.a@gmail.com
Or take a xerox from your brother or sister and mail it to me. I shall guide you further.
Actually only one person out of you three may have the original.
Or you may contact me at 94440 48547, Chennai.
Regards.
