Love case

What would happen if the girl says he cheated me in love. There were no sex relation but some physical.
Any legal issue ?

If the sex relations are not there but assurance of marriage was given then the same may be regarded as cheating but such allegations are very very difficult to prove.

Actually, the case was totally opposite.
I'm a boy and a girl cheated me and I cant do anything legal.
So I just wanted to see if the same thing happens with a girl, does girl have benefit.

The allegations of sex on promise of marriage is sufficient enough to start a case for rape.
If however the girl is blackmailing for money then the boy may lodge complaint with police.

Actually, I'm a boy and I wanted to lodge a case against her , that she cheated me in love.

It was a serious one, I got depressed and went on for suicide.
I'm final year B.tech student.
As I have my family and career to look on, I'm just trying to be strong. And yes, I have succeeded in doing that.
Hopefully everything will be good.
