NEVER EXPECT COURT TO ALLOW SUCH MARRIAGE UNLESS YOU MAKE SOME FALSE SUBMISSION
After illegal marriage you are available for allegation of rape as and when your relations become sour.

Under the Special Marriage Act,1954 this relationship between you and this woman not within degree of prohibition relationship. The woman you want to marry is not your father's brother daughter, her mother is your father's brother's daughter which will be covered until the Degree of prohibition relationship not for daughter of that daughter, so you can marry her under this Act.

You feel that it is not rape. because you have not read the definition.
When a man has sexual relation with a woman falsely making to woman to believe that she is legally married wife then it is rape.
If you do illegal marriage you are opening yourself to this allegation as and when relations get sour.
If you feel your relations will never be sour then take a day off and visit Woman cell of your city police you stand in the corridor and find dozens of couples visiting their with discords. All of them once got married to each other rejecting every other proposal available. You will find both love/arranged marriage cases.

You both can marry under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 without any approval or consent of parents of either side. You need only 3 independent witnesses, proof of age and address for getting married by the Marriage Officer who is usually the Deputy Commissioner of the district where either of you live. Give notice for marriage to the Marriage Officer and after one month get married in presence of 3 witnesses, the marriage will be registered by the Marriage Officer and valid marriage certificate issued to you which is sufficient proof of marriage.
You don't need any other legal advice in this regard and do as told you.
