Gentleman,
This is not a forum to declare someone lunatic either by his personality or behaviour. This is a legal forum.Actually there is no place for arrogant authors who try to provoke the experts with their unwarranted questions.Hence U may visit a psychiatrist along with the lunatic.

Mr. Sainath it seems u need to visit d psychiatrist....obviously dis is a lawyers club and not a court of law....n I believe d experst in dis club are here to guide/advice people who are new to this profession or require any help.....otherwise what's d point in keeping d option to ask your query to expert....neways no point in giving you all dis gyaaan u first visit a psychiatrist only than u vll be able to understand dis msg.
For others who wants to know abt dis topic.....I did my research and found DAT der is a provision for dis in Mental health act 1987 under section 50

Mr. Parikshit,
Your statement, "Mr. Sainath it seems u need to visit d psychiatrist....obviously dis is a lawyers club and not a court of law...." is quite an arrogant one, as if made by a totally uncultured person. Even if it is a lawyers club that does not mean that you are authorised to misbehave with your seniors, if he tries to solve your problem.
From that statement, anyone can guess that it is not Shri Sainath, rather you have the need to consult some psychiatrist for yourself.
Obviously, in the absence of any background of the case, I wonder to know, as if it is not your own personal case where you want yourself to be declared as lunatic authoritatively by the competent authority for some specific advantage for yourself, as you showed arrogance through your latest post towards Shri Sainath, who asked you about the actual problem.
Anyone can guess, if you and Shri Sainath go together to a psychiatric, he would prefer to declare you as a lunatic and would pay due respect Shri Sainath, which actully, as a junior lawyer you should have shown.
It seems you have mistaken the advice, "U better consult a psychiatrist for certification" of Shri Sainath, as if he has delared you a lunatic and suggested you to get yourself checked up by a psychiatrist. If that is so, clearly, it is a misinterpretation on your part, as even in your client's case, only a psychiatrist (NOT a lawyer) can guide you appropriately, if you want to know, "How to declare a person lunatic."
Although your profile shows that you are a junior lawyer, but still don't know the attiquette how to behave with your seniors. A knowledge seeker should always be humble, not an arrogant person like you. If you really want to learn from your seniors, must behave with them in a proper manner and humility.

The author doesn't deserve a place in the lawyer's fraternity.I presume he behaves the same way in the court also.It is a disgrace for me to have initially replied to an arrogant junior advocate as I have a standing of 35 yrs and on the verge of completing 60yrs on the 10th of June.At least 25 juniors have worked with me for the past 35yrs,but no one has behaved like this author.

Sainath ji,
Who knows whether he is actually an advcate or an arrogant student.
His query was purely an academic query. Had he the real issue with him, he would have discussed the same by sharing the background facts of the problem also.
In fact some thankless people want free guidance, but think as if the experts are their paid servants or bonded slaves to fulfill their desires by all means and without raising any question.

The administration of LCI has to look into this matter. If the experts are insulted by half knowledged people,I presume it is better to stop responding.Due such arrogant authors, the really needy are being affected.
I don't care if some "IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON WRITES NONSENSE"

Better visit an English tutor and then start debating in public forums.
