SIR MY QUERY IS CAN A LUNATIC OR HIS GUARDIAN SALE DISPUTED PROPERTY?

AND CAN A LUNATIC PERSON MAKE POWER OF ATTORNEY?

PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO PROVE THIS UNDER WHICH SECTION OF ACT TO PROVE IN THE COURT.

first u have to take a order of the court to prove that he is lunatic. whether admitted in hospital any report to show that he is lunatic. first prove this than contact me on 9892115025 for further help

for proving a person as a lunatic first admit to him in a hospital and then that report can be produced in the court and the doctors will be examined to prove that person lunatic and than court will declare him lunatic

A lunatic person can nither sale any property nor can make any power of attorney, but guardian can sale his property after getting permission from competent authority or court.
