my name rosy I was married on dated 16.5.2010. my brother was married on dated 6.10.2011. my brother wife files 3 time dowry & dv case against family including me at jind Haryana. all time decision gave by officers in favour of us. now she registered a FIR against us. after investigation brother was arrested by police. other members released by police. I totally mentally, socialy & financially harressed by her. i m also a employee. i have attendance record, officers decision report. plz guide can i file a case of maanhani against her from una district court himachal pardesh

Iske liye koi manhaani case nehi hoga...pehle bail lijiye and aur decision ke liye wait kijiye..acquittal he bad maanhani ka case thok sakte hain.

concentrate on fighting existing case on merits . dont waste your time and money in filing fresh cases . litigation is an expensive proposition
