As per prevailing law what are the defense available to the insurance company n the proceedings in the MACT tribunal?

1. No alleged accident had taken place

2. The alleged accident was not intimated

3. The driving license is fake

4. The policy has been violated by owner/insured

5. The driver was not competent to drive the alleged vehicle involved in the accident

6. The petition is filed with collusion of owner with the petitioner

7. The insurance coverage period had already expired on the day of alleged accident.

8. Any other as per facts of the case.
