hello sir ,in the name of my mine and my brother we have registred plot though gift deed from my mother, the sole sole owner of my the plot.
adjoining d plot was in d name of my father who have living seperate and re married 2 years ago .the opp resident with his lawyer son taking d adwange made a forge gpa in his name of whole plot my mother and father , with original thumb and sigh of my father and forge thumb nd sigh and sold a ploy of my father and sold my mothers ploy on his 9lawyers wife name.now he claiming the ploy
please show me the directions and steps need b taken

You should lodge a police complaint against all erring persons under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120 B IPC and should also file a civil suit seeking setting aside of the o-called GPA, registered sale-deed and all other actions taken thereto with further suit for injunction.
