Who is responsible for non-execution of summons, NBW, proclamation u/s 82 and 83 against the same accused?

Concerned Police is to execute the summons, NBW, proclamation. If they are not served court can take the action against the concerned police to whom the work is given and the concerned police station PSI will be held responsible.

generally for service of summons the courts have in house cell....for service of BWs and NBWs the police help is sought...so if the summons etc, are not being delivered intentionally or not being executed intentionally then the person concerned entrusted with the job is to held responsible.
