this is anvesh yesterday i had a hearing and my wife companies employees has represent her employee docs to the court as im also paying interim maientnane to my wife and representive has told that she left the job on sep 2014 as he produces all docs like slary slip, offer letter, joining letter as per requirement mentioned in summon now next hearing is on Jan 2015 so im quite sure she is still working with same firm or other firm nw wht wud be the next step as she told to court that she has no source of income now facts has been revealed i also dont want to give maientenance bcoj she is earning 3 times more than my slary her package was 5 lac and mine is 1,20 lac. the lady judge is quite bias so plse tell me the root to avoid this maientnance.

engage a detective agency and gather evidence about her employment . if wife has been working in past and she leaves her job she cannot claim maintenance . number of judgments on t he issue
