This query is : Resolved
he expert have either not understood the question in correct perspective or reply is not known. The question precisely is that if superior court exercises jurisdiction other than appellate or revisionary than will the judgement of lower court merge in higher court or not. To put it plainly if higher court does not exercise appellate or revision al jurisdiction than will judgement of lower court merge in it or not.Any judicial precedent to answer this question

Dear Mr. Sharad,
It is highly unbecoming of you to charge that "The expert have either not understood the question in correct perspective or reply is not known."
Instead of continuing your query in the following thread where the original query was posed why are you opening a fresh thread?
http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Maintainability-of-contempt-in-Central-Administrative-Tribunal-133601.asp
Further, you will find that not only the query has been understood in its proper perspective but also was squarely answered.
It may be that the answers provided in the thread does not suit your expectations - that is all together another matter.
But revert back to the original thread for any queries arising or touching upon it.

Many persons making querry are putting riders such as most urgent , give with citations etc etc.
This is a free advice forum and some friends are doing real hard work by posting judgments .
But all the questioners must realise that just by seeking advice you can not solve your problems. The real battle is in court rooms and procedures.
SO EVEN IF ANY ADVICE MAY NOT SATISFY YOU PLEASE SHOW PROPER RESPECT AND ASKING FOR FURTHER CLEARIFICATIONS.

On the outset I did not intent to hurt any one's feeling and if it is so construed i take back the part which purports to hurt anyone and say sorry. I have neither a case nor any expectation. It is just a legal friendly chat to spread legal awareness to a common man. I do hold a law degree. I would request to refer to a decision Shiv Kumar Sharma vs Kamal Pandey and Ords 2004(2)SLJ CAT and than further discussion on this forum would be more meaningful
