maintaince from husband

if my husband is unemployed but have rental income of 15000 but also have home loan of 20 lacs can i claim maintaince from him, how much he will give me..

The husband is bound to maintain his wife irrespective of whether he is employed or not. The maintenance directed by the court generally vary from 1/3 to 1/5 of the estimated average income of the husband though there is no fixed parameter fpr determination.
