Hi My mrg with her was third one to her. i took divorce and she filed a case for the maintanance and court has given a verdict in her favor. She did not take divorce from her 1st husband in any court. she herself admitted this ib the court.
Q is was my mrg with her legal ??
Am i laible to pay the maintanance ??

1.if her first marriage exist and she done second marriage with u than ur marriage is void and illegal.
2.NO you are not liable to pay the maintenance to her.
