Dear sir,
on 8.11.12 is my second date in saket court judge order to submit w.s within 30 days what is w.s and next date is 26.03.12 what i do please help me .please tell me what is w.s

w.s is written statement . in other words your written reply to suit filed by plaintiff . contact a local lawyer

w.s means written statement which is the written reply to the plainff's suit. For filing the w.s hire local lawyer and take his help.

Be careful.
You must submit WS within 30 days as per CPC.

Or to file Delay condonation for extention for a toatal of 90 days. Thereafter WS can be denied, and court can order ex-parte. ur next date is after 90 days.
Take matter on board and submit WS .
Do not wait till next date.
