Sir,
my wife file a case of maintanance of rs.30000 per month she is also doing job and earn more money to me and all my relatives name in fir what should i do they are demanding 2500000 to settle the case .Please give me advice what i do

It depends on ur financial condition.If u can afford, buy peace & settle; It is quickest and best alternative, Otherwise carry on fight for years & spoil entire Life.
Choice is yours.
Justice may cost time & money, both.
No guarantee with this Woman oriented Laws , & Courts.
Though she will not get any mtn, if u prove her income, u can't remarry, u can't have grown -up children at ur old age etc.. if u delay and wait for court justice.
u r the best judge, as u know ur financial position and requirements..

Fight your case on merit. There is nothing to fret upon. If the case is false it would fall on its face soon.
Once you get the anticipatory bail, all its venom lost its fore.
Do not succumb to any pressure and put a brave face always.

Your wife is not entitled to get even a single penny from you in the name of the maintenance if she is earning more than you. So far otehr defence is concerned, I do agree with the advice of barman.

Sare fact idhar udhar bikher kar aap apna hee nukssan kar rahe ho. Kisi ko aapkee samsya is tarah samajh nahin ayegee aur adhee adhuree salah se nuksan he uthaoge.

(1) Akhir kyon patni chalee gayee. Kya takleef thee usko.
(2) Kyo samjauta nahin ho sakta.
(3) Tumhari amdani kya hai?
(4) Kitne or kis reishtedar ka naam FIR main hai?
Apke pas 3 raste hain:-
(i) Daya kee bheekh mango.
(ii) 30 lakh de do
(iii) Mukadma lado. sabke liye jinka naam FIR mein a raha hai unkee bail karwao. Jo chargesheet mein ate hain unkee parvee karo. Jinko saja ho jatee hai unkee appeal karo.
bar bar query karne se kanoon nahin badal sakta.
