you are in mentioned that in your RCR case that i am working, if not and if your husband can prove that you are working if he proved you will not get alimony, but you have kids than collect alimony.

Not entitled to alimony, though that in no manner affects husband's liability towards the children.

if your earning can be proved by records then you cannot go for maintenance alimony. but you can always try the best option avavilable. it all depends upon the pleadings what ou have done in your rcr and what grounds he has in his divorce petition.

I am of the clear view that none should suppress any material fact from court and should approach with clean hands only.
What is means of 'if proved'? You know your income is more than your husband. It is sufficient evidence for determination of income of both. Why to read the pleadings for just this reason?
One should lead his life within his reach. You are legally not entitled for the grant of any alimony in view of aforesaid fact which you happily do admit. This is a matter of pride for you. It shall give you an internal confidence that you have not received even a single penny from your husband and successfully running your own life.

If your earnings are enough then you won't get any alimony/ maintenance.
