can a divorced women ,claim maintenance in civil matrimonial laws .not under 125 cr.pc.please suggest under what section and law she can claim maintenance with any case laws please./

Muslim woman can not get any maintenance from her husband after divorce, but woman of other relegion can get maintainance after divorce till second marriage.

I agree with Mr. Khaleel. a divorced women other muslim entitled for maintenance after divorce under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. Muslim lady are governed by The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, 1986.
