what is the difference between hindu marriage act and hindu adoption and maintenace act and crpc 125 regarding maintenance.

CRPC 125 sectiop provide and save all of the affected women and old age male and female and all caste can claim and increase the maintenance also can file. this CRPC

HMA 24: Maitenance Pendente Lite (Maintenance during the pendency of case)

HMA 25: Maintenance post decree of any sort in Hindu Marriage Act

HAMA 18: Maintenance to wife and right of residence as per the abilities of the husband.

CrPC 125: Maintenance to wife/ minor child/ parents who are unable to maintain themselves and man is not providing maintenance.
