Husband is makes promise to wife about give 72000 maintenance if she give pursis to court that he is regularly paid maintenance to her every month so he can released from jail which is for not payment of maintenance. So wife make statement as per him in court. But after released from jail. He denied to payment maintenance. So can wife again file case for maintenance ? What is option to received maintenance?

whether the husband has any proof that he paid or only the statement of wife that he paid money? he is supposed to pay into her account. wife can now complain to the Court that on the assurance of the husband she made such a statement in the court on humanitarian considerations. if the court believes your version it would pardon you and the order would once again be enforced. speak to your lawyer.
